BENCH SET UP HELP
New Video up on YouTube and I’m particularly amped on this one because it’s showing how to solve a problem I’m commonly seeing as of late
Most people get the idea of pushing back on the bench and getting their shoulders tucked underneath them but I’m seeing so many lifters still holding a shrugged posture in their traps. Doing this won’t fully allow you to expand your chest upwards and maximize your positioning
This is commonly an issue just because lifters are just so used to controlling everything regarding the bench with their shoulders. It’s difficult to give up the reigns on the takeout and allow someone else to get that bar out to you and it’s uncomfortable to be in tucked position
