I have been utilizing this myofascial release technique as of late to help keep myself healthy and injury free as I start pressing heavier weights in meet prep

Meet Prep is often a time where injuries occur. We are getting beat up trying to press big weights and get our bodies ready to go on the platform

This technique does wonders to help restore some range of motion to the shoulders and allow you to open up your chest more. Here I am using the pain pill but you can also get a good release with a kettlebell over a lacrosse ball as well.

This is key because we need to be able to do this effectively to set up! And of course we want to keep ourselves healthy.
