3 TIPS TO INCREASE LEG DRIVE
First make sure you have the right foot position. You need to be in a position that allows you to have a strong push back but also keeps your butt on the bench
Second you will want to turn the toes out slightly. This just gives you more surface area against your foot to push into the floor
Third make sure you drive the knees out! This often goes overlooked. Not only will it help support your lower back but it will activate your glutes and get them more active in the push
