This is an awesome tricep combo I saw the bench king @tinymeeker doing in his training. It has worked it’s way into my programming for sure. Really smokes the triceps hard and both variations play off each other well

Start with a classic rope pushdown, making sure you stay relatively close to the pull or you’ll turn it into more of a pullover motion. Really sell the lockout hard at the end and be explosive.

Next go right into an overhead extension as you see a bit of here at the end. Do 20-30 of pushdowns, then go right into an amrap of overhead. You’ll be sore the next day! Great combo
