Two important things here! One is keeping the joints stacked. With a closer grip that means having to touch lower than usual. That’s going to be very low sternum for the majority of people. Make sure wrists are on top of the elbows.

The second trick is to think about pressing the bar straight up or even “away” from you rather than leveraging back. One allows you to lift the most weight, but remember our goal is to increase demands on our triceps. You can feel the difference when you press straight up
