This is an interesting and unique bench cue that I use for my lifters and it has also been a gamechanger for myself!

Keep your “Neck Long”

Thinking this way will take a lifter out of a shrugged posture and allow them to relax their shoulders as they create better positioning

You’ll find that with this cue you’re able to let your shoulder blades tuck underneath you more
