I need to give credit where credit is due, I heard the king himself @thevanillagorilla92 share this concept and it just resonated with myself and others. Perfect cue for learning to be active in the hips and utilize your legs!

Active hips are something we’ve been highlighting lately. When you learn to let your hips properly hover the bench (while in material contact for those 3 ⚪⚪⚪ lights!) you are forced to engage your legs in the movement.

Cueing that if you cut the bottom half of the bench off, you can still do everything the same way, is a paradigm shifter for many. It’s easy to resonate with that thought.

Just think about it for a minute
