Having more active hips on the bench press is something we can all continue to work on. Often times a weak link in the chain between creating force through the floor and transferring it to the bar. If your leg drive doesn’t seem to help you much, this is something to look at!
Even when you think you’re driving your knees out, you can drive harder. Practice this by getting in your set up and driving out until your hips are shaking! You will feel the difference in stability and tightness right away!
