When it comes to training your triceps there are thousands of options out there. The key is to find one that gives you results and feels good

For me it’s the straight bar pushdown. I love pushing some big weight in this exercise. It has helped translate into stronger benching

Most importantly it’s something that doesn’t bother my elbows. Too many people stick with exercises that hurt them. There’s so many options, it’s just plain dumb to use one that hurts you
