Tricep extension are perhaps my all time favorite tricep move. I use all types of variations. Once I approached the movement with this slight twist, is when I really started isolating what I was trying to hit
By performing the movement in this fashion, it ensures you don’t use additional leverage from your body to lift the weight. All the work is being done by your triceps. You might have to drop weight! But that’s ok. Training is about the training effect, not the weight lifted
