These kettlebells holds are awesome at promoting good bar placement and wrist position while you bench. If you have trouble with your wrists bending back, I would give this a shot

There’s no way you can hold a kettlebells of considerable weight if it’s not placed in the correct spots directly in line with the forearm. You can start with holds and work up to presses. You likely do not need much weight to start out.
