If you find that bench pressing is beating up your shoulders or you're using too much shoulders while you bench, try this drill!
By bridging on the bench you simulate an ideal pressing position in which it is almost impossible to use your shoulders to lift a loaded bar out of the rack
The only option is to PULL the bar into position to bench. Great corrective to get you benching more efficiently!
