TAKE HOME MESSAGE: As soon as you take that bar out of the rack things can only go downhill
The positioning and tightness you set before that bar comes out is as good as it will get so make sure you MAXIMIZE every little bit of your set up!
The entire set is spent trying to fight, scrap, and claw to maintain that positioning and tightness
