I'm not a fan of this style pressing for 1. It can be a cause for a red light and 2. Extremely easy to lose tightness and control of heavy weights
In this video you'll see that we were able to create a higher chest position, better joint alignment, and you'll see me recommend a lot of bottom range work to build up that joint ROM strength that's missing
A former heaver will struggle at first with this style, it is to be expected. One of those take a step back to take a leap forward type cases
