Cossack squats are a great exercise to throw into your warm up routine. This is a single leg squat variation that allows you to work on deep squat mobility and ankle mobility while also providing a stretch to the adductors
This exercise can also be used in training as well. Depending on your level, holding a weight can provide a good training stimulus and can also aid in your mobility efforts. Give this exercise a try and let me know what you think!
