Donnie Thompson who came up with the idea of "Body Tempering" used a 135+ lbs steel roller to get the job done. He rolls this heavy object up and down the back to release tight tissue and to break up packed down scar tissue
By using another product of Donnie's you can accomplish the same effect, if not better. By using the Thompson Fatbell you can now get a little more specific with the area you are trying to target. It allows you a little more control of the tissue. Check out the video!
