A fresh take on an old exercise here. I have been lacking that explosiveness through the triceps to finish my benches lately and wanted an exercise that would target the issue. This exercise does just that, while building strength in the triceps as well!
This is not meant to be heavily loaded, light bands is often all you need. We want to move quickly here, that will give us the best results possible. Really exaggerate the hard lockout to get the most out of the end range

Again this is a great exercise for those struggling a bit with their lockout and want to get more explosive force through the triceps. Great for long armed benchers especially. I like to think of this exercise as speed work primarily for the triceps
